Tsitsikamma National Park is a protected nature area on the Garden Route, well known for its indigenous forests, beautiful coastline, and the Otter Trail. The word tsitsikamma is derived from the Khoekhoen tse-tsesa, meaning 'clear', and gami, meaning 'water', probably referring to the water of the Tsitsikamma River.
